Tuppens Marine is truly a great place. I knew nothing about them and they were 4 hours away but immediately made me feel comfortable and with zero pressure. Chris the salesman was very attentive to my needs and answered all my questions. What he didn't know he found out and git back with me right away. I was planning to have something done to the boat I was purchasing and one of the owners Steve called me himself to explain that it may not look good astethetically. He was more concerned with me being happy than simply making a buck. True customer service at its best. Liz in the parts and service department was great. Found products and prices right away and got back to me in no time. Although I was a little scared buying a new boat, the entire crew at Tuppens Marine was there for me and make this an incredibly great experience. Definitely recommend 150%. They are the defenition of top notch professionalism!!!
